CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure that everyone gets a fair appointment, we have implemented a cancellation policy. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours or fail to show up, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. If 15 minutes late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate others. Depending on how late you arrive we may need to reschedule your appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service to all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
